OCCUPATION HEALTH AND SAFETY
Britoclean endeavour to provide a safe and healthy environment for its cleaners to eliminate or minimise risk of injury to its entire staff and any sub-contractor working for Britoclean.
To achieve the above goal Britoclean undertake to:
- Provide appropriate training and knowledge to its staff, so they can perform their duties in a healthy and safe environment.
- All necessary records of incidents are documented to as to take future preventive measures.
- Any injury/incident will be dealt with the quickest time by adopting management procedures.
- Resources are provided to implement Occupational Health and Safety requirements undertaking a risk management process for each site.
- Open and frank consultation is encouraged between cleaners, supervisors and management in relation to injury management and rehabilitation.
Britoclean takes responsibility to promote a safe workplace for its employees and accept its duty of care and is dedicated to the requirements of the workers Compensation and Injury Act 1981.
